COMBINED MCC / JOC TRAING COURSE
The Multi Crew Cooperation (MCC) training course is designed to train pilots to acquire the knowledge, skills and attitudes required to perform tasks in a multi crew cockpit environment.
The MCC is a requirement to start a type rating course but will be the cornerstone for your future career and is required by all airlines in their recruitment process.
The Jet Orientation Course (JOC) has been designed as a complement to the MCC training course to give you the specific basic knowledge and skills to handle jet and swat wing aircrafts.
The JOC has become a requirement for most of the major airline to join the recruitment process but has also the advantage to give you more confidence for a simulator assessment.
The MCC/JOC training is comprised of a theoretical and practical part.
To give you the best experience we designed our MCC/JOC training to be completed either on the Airbus A320 or the Boeing B737 Level D Full Flight Simulator (FFS).
